Chepstow Castle

We stopped overnight at Chepstow and awoke to a wonderful frosty morning. After breakfast we headed down to the Castle for a wander around.

We have just returned from a trip to the Southern Caucasus including Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia. All three were interesting and remarkably different from each other. We are currently working on our book of the trip which will appear here once complete.

A trip to Bristol Zoo

We had a lovely trip to Bristol Zoo for Jane’s birthday and enjoyed ourselves photographing the animals, most of these were taken through glass with long lenses and low light so we were very pleased with the results.

At the end of October we travelled to Albania with a short detour in to Macedonia, both were far better than we expected, with stunning scenery and places to visit and all just 3 hours away by plane.
