I continue to use lightroom sender 1.4. I think there is a bug in the program. When I complete an upload the message "Upload Aborted" appears all the time. I used to think that the uploads failed and would continue to resend the photos. I checked with my ftp account and found that they had uploaded. I have no idea what could have uploaded because all the photos that were supposed to be uploaded did end up in the right locations. This is still the best plug in add in for Lightroom.

I have switched to Zenphoto and the program still works. It has been a great utility for me. Have you ever considered implementing your updates?

Have you ever thought about updating the program with your additions? I am now using it with Lightroom 2 and Zenphoto.

It's a combination of the directory and file name. I use a root directory (eg c:\temp\xxx\) which keeps the path short, my file names are fairly short anyway as I keep the out of camera names which are IMGxxxxxx.JPG.

Thanks for the update. Do you mean the length of the file directory location or the length of the file name. Do do both impact the number of files that can transfer?

I have downloaded v1.3 but have not had time to try the sdk feature yet. Your's works well with Coppermine and I like it.
